The Marlie hand block printed cotton cushion in a black and white grid design is a beautifully handmade nod to the Nordic monochrome look.

Ideal as a modern feature cushion or as a backdrop to more eclectic coloured cushions, it can match in with any colour scheme. The clean black printed grid design creates a monochrome analogue design with a masculine, feminine or neutral feel.

Combine with the other monochrome cushions,  or any colourful boho cushions in store for that clashing, maximalist look.

What makes me special?

Hand block printed in Jaipur, Rajasthan this cushion cushion is created from hours of dedicated crafting. Before the printing can begin, another artisan carves the print design on a small block of soft wood, to bring Sinead's sketched drawing to life. The printer then uses that one small wooden block to dip in the coloured dye and print carefully along a 20 ft table. He joins the prints quickly and skillfully to produce the beautifully printed sheeting for the cushion to be cut and stitched. Each one is unique as it's  printed in small blocks and celebrates authentic artisanal traditions, whilst bringing you a modern geometric look.
